Important notice: The floor on which the lift is to be installed must be 4" minimum thickness of concrete, with a minimum compression strength of 3000 PSI and reinforced with steel mesh or bar as per commercial practice. If concrete pads are poured in place of a standard slab they must be 4' x 4' x 1' thick. Pads must be reinforced with steel per commercial practice when on asphalt or dirt base.

Failure by purchaser to provide the recommended mounting surface could result in unsatisfactory lift performance, property damage and or personal injury.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inform installers of any wiring and or plumbing under concrete prior to installation. Carl Turner Equipment Inc. assumes no liability for damage to plumbing and or electricity under concrete.

For direct shipments: Customer Is responsible for unloading unless prior arrangements have been made.

Please ensure that bay is clear prior to installation: A fee of $75.00 per hour will be imposed if bay is not ready for installation: i.e. cars, benches, lighting, air reels, etc.
