Its Laser Guided Operation pinpoints the exact weight location, both radially and axially, eliminating trial and error. The Stop, Lock & Index feature automatically positions the wheel at the weight placement location and locks the spindle in place for easy, accurate weight application. With 3D Automatic Data Entry, the 1500 offers automatic data entry of the distance, diameter, and width, reducing technician error and speeding up the balancing process.

The COATS® 6450 Heavy Duty Wheel Balancer is engineered for high-volume shops, featuring a Direct Drive system that combines the motor and spindle into a single, pre-balanced assembly, ensuring consistent calibration and reduced maintenance. Its Dual Calibration Software (DCS™) allows the balancer to store and run two independent sets of calibrations—one for passenger vehicles and one for heavy-duty applications—dynamically adjusting balancing parameters for each job. The laser-guided Tape-A-Weight® placement and Stop and Lock feature provide precise weight placement, while the 575 Wheel Lift, included with the kit, handles wheel assemblies up to 500 lbs.
